When Ashley was asked "What is one thing you would tell a young woman about self love, self knowledge, etc?"
Ashley said:
"There are so many things I can tell you about self-love. There's no greater feeling than having that in order to make you feel great about yourself. There are so many benefits of self-love; it creates better mental health, reduces stress and you're able to deal with anything life throws your way - whether good or bad. You'll always see things as life lessons where you can learn more, and better yourself in the long run.
Self-Knowledge requires you to know your thoughts and feelings; and just how they influence your life. Understand your needs, wants, and desires for your life. Where you stand with certain view and values, and yourself intimately, take time to really reflect on what makes you happy and what you will not tolerate. "
When Ashley was asked "What is the most important tip for women to be in a successful relationship?"
Ashley said:

"Important tips for a successful relationship is to have complete honesty, to be comfortable being yourself, being intentional about the time you spend with one another and being consistent. You need communication no matter how good or bad the conversation will go. No one is a mind reader and there is nothing worse than you being in a relationship where there is something going on that you have no clue about. Do not hesitate to share your dreams, achievements, and fears that way your partner can understand you more. Be yourself, there is only so much pretending you can do in a relationship. You will feel more comfortable in the relationship being yourself, having fun and getting to know each other on a deeper scale.
Create a special feeling once and a while it is good to plan a surprise to make each other feel special. Spend quality time with each other, that is where the consistency factor comes in. Unless you lose interest you must always stay consistent with each other. All in all these relationships take work but that is a great start to have. If you are looking for something long lasting take heed to what I am telling you and the rest will be a beautiful journey."
