Processing time is 7-9 business days after your payment is authorized & verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. All orders placed for delivery to the United States are shipped using USPS Mail (first class) with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment. Items noted as “PRE-ORDER” will ship upon arrival from the manufacturer or date provided in the item description. If there is a delay in ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If an invalid address is provided to us, the Postal Service will return the package to our offices. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse us for returned to sender packages.

 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
